Please note that our offices and training facility are not open on weekends. Artists are not on call 24/7 and a response may take up to 72 hours.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) purchased from us, please return your merchandise WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase date for an exchange or refund.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
A: Your order is actually shipping from our Headquarters and manufacturing facility which is not open on weekends. If you order a product on Friday it may not ship until Tuesday. Allow and additional 3-5 days for standard USPS delivery depending on your distance from Southern California.
